AI Governance: नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आयोजित India AI Impact Summit 2026 में गुरुवार को दुनिया की बड़ी हस्तियां एक मंच पर नजर आईं। प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi, फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति Emmanuel Macron और गूगल के सीईओ Sundar Pichai समेत कई वैश्विक टेक लीडर्स ने शिरकत की।
छह दिनों तक चलने वाले इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन की थीम है “Sarvajan Hitaya, Sarvajan Sukhaya”, यानी “सभी का कल्याण, सभी का सुख”। इससे पहले यह शिखर सम्मेलन 2023 में यूके, 2024 में दक्षिण कोरिया और 2025 में फ्रांस में आयोजित हो चुका है। यह अब तक का सबसे बड़ा AI समिट माना जा रहा है, जिसमें 20 से अधिक देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्ष और 500 से ज्यादा ग्लोबल AI लीडर्स शामिल हुए हैं।
समिट में Sam Altman, Dario Amodei, Demis Hassabis, Shantanu Narayen और Rishad Premji जैसे नामी उद्योगपति शामिल हुए। इन दिग्गजों की मौजूदगी यह संकेत देती है कि भारत AI सेक्टर में वैश्विक निवेश और साझेदारी का बड़ा केंद्र बनने जा रहा है।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने सोमवार को कहा कि यह थीम भारत की उस प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है, जिसमें AI को मानव केंद्रित प्रगति के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने लिखा, “AI today is transforming several sectors, including healthcare, education, agriculture, governance and enterprise. The AI Impact Summit will enrich global discourse on diverse aspects of AI, such as innovation, collaboration, responsible use and more. I am confident that the outcomes of the Summit will help shape a future that is progressive, innovative and opportunity-driven.”
उन्होंने आगे कहा, “Thanks to the 1.4 billion people of India, our nation stands at the forefront of the AI transformation. From digital public infrastructure to a vibrant StartUp ecosystem and cutting-edge research, our strides in AI reflect both ambition and responsibility.”
आईटी मंत्री Ashwini Vaishnaw ने बताया कि अगले दो वर्षों में 200 अरब डॉलर से अधिक निवेश की उम्मीद है। Sundar Pichai ने कहा कि भारत AI के क्षेत्र में “an extraordinary trajectory” पर आगे बढ़ने वाला है। उन्होंने कहा, “We want to be a partner,” और 15 अरब डॉलर के मौजूदा AI इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर निवेश के तहत समुद्र के नीचे केबल नेटवर्क विकसित करने का वादा किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा, “Since my childhood growing up in Chennai, India has undergone an incredible transformation.” वहीं, अमेरिकी चिप कंपनी Nvidia ने भारतीय क्लाउड कंपनियों के साथ मिलकर AI डेटा सेंटर के लिए एडवांस प्रोसेसर उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा की है।

सप्ताह के अंत में विश्व नेता AI टेक्नोलॉजी के नियमन को लेकर संयुक्त बयान जारी कर सकते हैं। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि डीपफेक, ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी और निगरानी जैसे खतरों से निपटने के लिए सख्त कदम जरूरी हैं।
