प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, “Artificial Intelligence is among the biggest transformations in human history!” उनका मानना है कि एआई सिर्फ तकनीकी बदलाव नहीं, बल्कि मानव सभ्यता की दिशा बदलने वाली शक्ति है। आने वाले वर्षों में यह शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, खेती, रोजगार और शासन हर क्षेत्र को नई ऊंचाई पर ले जा सकती है।
पीएम मोदी ने भारत की एआई दृष्टि को एक शब्द में समेटा “MANAV“। उन्होंने लिखा, “India’s vision for AI is encapsulated in the word MANAV, which means human.” यानी भारत के लिए एआई का मतलब मशीन नहीं, बल्कि मानव कल्याण है। तकनीक का विकास ऐसा हो जो हर व्यक्ति की क्षमता बढ़ाए और जीवन को सरल बनाए।

प्रधानमंत्री ने भरोसा जताया कि एआई मानव क्षमता को नई ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाएगा। उन्होंने आह्वान किया, “Let us resolve to develop AI as a global common good”। यह संदेश साफ था एआई किसी एक देश या कंपनी की संपत्ति नहीं, बल्कि पूरी मानवता की साझा पूंजी होनी चाहिए।

प्रधानमंत्री ने एआई के खतरों पर भी चिंता जताई। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी, “Unfortunately, AI deepfakes and fabricated content are destabilizing open societies. Watermarking and clear source standards are increasingly necessary. We must also be more vigilant about child safety.” स्पष्ट है कि सरकार एआई के दुरुपयोग, खासकर बच्चों की सुरक्षा और फर्जी सामग्री के खिलाफ सख्त मानक चाहती है।
